1. About this tool

Grade My Mortgage is a free informational tool operated by Mudrick Technologies Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). It gives you a general grade and estimate for your mortgage based on the information you provide and publicly available lender information. By using Grade My Mortgage, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Informational only, not advice

Grade My Mortgage is for general information only. It is not financial, legal, tax, investment, insurance, or mortgage advice, and it is not a recommendation, an offer of financing, or an approval. You should speak with a licensed mortgage professional before making any decision about your mortgage.

3. Estimates and no guarantees

Grades, savings figures, rate comparisons, and other outputs are estimates based on the information you enter and general market data. They depend on details we may not have and can change at any time. We do not guarantee any rate, approval, savings amount, lender availability, or particular outcome. Actual terms are set by lenders and depend on your individual circumstances.

4. Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. If you submit your contact details or were referred by a mortgage professional, your information may be shared with that professional so they can follow up with you. How we handle your information is described in the RateGuard Pro Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Use Grade My Mortgage only for your own personal, lawful purposes. Do not attempt to scrape, copy, resell, reverse engineer, or disrupt the tool, and do not submit information that is not yours to submit.

6. No warranty and limitation of liability

The tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mudrick Technologies Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, Grade My Mortgage.

7. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
